2 lbs of trimmed and halved brussel sprouts
2 tbsp EVOO
Generous amount of freshly cracked pepper and salt
2 tbsp of minced garlic (adjust to your own liking)
Juice of 2 lemons (makes it more flavorful and neutralizes the bitter taste)
Toss all ingredients together except for the lemon juice. Bake for 45 mins @ 375 degrees F. Juice lemons over freshly roasted brussel sprouts and serve hot. Enjoy! :)
